1. Services Provided

Huescale by Horizon offers professional interior design services through three distinct packages. Each package provides a different scope of work and is tailored to suit a variety of design needs:

• The Classic Package includes basic materials and finishes with limited customization and limited site visits.
• The Luxury Package adds premium features like CNC work, textures, and acrylic finishes in key areas.
• The Executive Package offers a complete solution with high-end finishes, furnishings, and final deep cleaning.

A detailed scope of work, including product selection ranges and inclusions/exclusions, will be provided prior to the start of the project.

2. Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and timely information.
• Respond to queries and feedback requests within a reasonable timeframe.
• Make payments according to the schedule outlined in the agreement.
• Ensure access to the site and coordinate third-party contractors when necessary.
• Note: In turnkey projects, all communication and coordination must be routed through Huescale by Horizon.

3. Payment Terms

• Payments must align with the selected package and payment schedule.
• Late payments may incur a fee or result in service delays.
• Fees are non-refundable once work begins, unless stated otherwise in writing.

4. Design Ownership & Product Selection

• All designs are the intellectual property of Huescale by Horizon.
• Clients may incur extra charges for products outside the curated selection.

5. Client Feedback Timelines

• Clients must provide feedback within 3 business days of receiving deliverables.
• Delays may result in project rescheduling, assumed approval, or rework charges.

6. Site Visits and Consultation Charges

• Two complimentary site visits are provided before project confirmation.
• Additional pre-booking visits are ₹2,000 (within city) and ₹3,500 (outside city) plus travel expenses.
• No further site visits or planning will proceed until payment is made after two visits.
• Post-booking, site visits as per package are free; extras will be charged.

7. Intellectual Property

• Designs, plans, and content remain the property of Huescale by Horizon.
• Clients may use deliverables only for their personal or business space.

8. Changes and Revisions

• Revisions are limited as per package details. Additional changes incur extra charges.

9. Limitation of Liability

• We are not liable for third-party performance, delays, or client misuse of design instructions.

10. Termination

• Either party may terminate the agreement with notice.
• Refunds depend on work completed and costs incurred up to the termination date.

11. Dispute Resolution

• Both parties agree to attempt resolution through negotiation or mediation first.

12. Modifications

• We reserve the right to modify these terms. Clients will be notified of significant changes.
